So my most recent project “My City” enjoyed a very receptive welcome at COP 15 in Copenhagen. The film takes a look at sustainable energy in South African cities through the eyes of a schoolgirl doing an after-hours rehearsal of her school oral entitled “My  City” – watch it here.

Commissioned by Sustainable Energy Africa(SEA), the short film (15mins) aims to introduce city officials in South Africa to the unique situation we face here.

SEA promotes sustainable energy approaches and practices in the development of South Africa and Africa. They do research, capacity building, info dissemination, project implementation, lobbying and networking – it was a joy working with them, and the film exceeded their expectations. I love that.
