Lucid Pictures is currently working with Shikaya to produce a 3 hour multimedia workshop for over 300 high schools in the Western Cape, entitled ‘Up2Us’. Together with TakeAwayTheatre, who have worked with this subject for five years, we developed radio ads in English, Afrikaans and isiXhosa and placed them on air. As part of an integrated campain, TakeAwayTheatre also secured radio interviews and produced attention-grabbing, interactive whole-day performances, using masks and improvisation, in shopping malls.
